DELIVERY

Here at Dakoda & Me we source, cook and pack your orders as if they were our own, so you can be rest assured that they will reach you in tip-top condition.

To maintain the integrity of every purchase, all our orders are delivered in wool insulated boxes, with NZ water ice packs.

Our trusted delivery partner is specially trained to handle our products with care and to avoid exposing frozen and chilled food products to prolonged periods of sunlight.

We provide dog food deliveries nationwide to non-rural addresses, (sorry we will work on this) using a trusted courier service so all orders get to you quickly and safely.

We dispatch orders Monday – Thursday.  Orders made after 8am Thursday will be dispatched on the following Monday. 

RETURN POLICY

Our goal at Dakoda & Me is to offer our consumers 100% satisfaction and success with the use of our products.

Dakoda & Me guarantees all our products to be of the highest quality available. We will make every effort to assist each consumer with the successful feeding of our foods to your pet.

If your pet is dissatisfied with our product due to food safety issues, please contact us directly at hello@dakodaandme.co.nz and we will be glad to discuss the issue and the potential refund of your purchase.
